EzyCourse B2B Course: New UI & Management System
What is it & why you need it
With our B2B pricing, you can sell courses in bulk to customers or organizations and let them manage the courses for their users. The organization manager can enroll members, buy new seats, manage certificates, and view the progress of each member.
As an admin, you can now view the details of your B2B users more easily from your dashboard. The new UI will show all your B2B users in one place, keeping everything organized and easier for you to find. This will also make it more convenient when you are viewing the details of individual organizations.
How to get started using it
From now, you can access all the B2B users or managers more easily under the Users menu. You can view the organization name, manager details, and the total number of enrollments too.
Note that the organization name initially is the name of the manager who purchased the course. You can edit the organization name from here. Simply click the three dots option under the action column on any B2B user you wish to edit and then select the Edit Organization Name option.
On the popup you can edit and change the organization name. Once you’re done with the edit, click the Add button.
Moreover, you can view additional details about the B2B manager by simply clicking three dots and then selecting the View Details option.
Here, you’ll see all the purchases made by the manager using B2B pricing including order details such as total seats purchased, one-time or subscription plan, etc. You can also update and instantly charge any order from here.
To see more details about any order, click the three dots and select the View Details option.
From here, you can see all the details including the members enrolled into the course and their course progress. In addition, the total number of seats and the remaining seats are also visible.
You can view the progress of any member and even update their progress.
Also, you can see the certificates achieved by the members of the organization or issue/download the certificate of any member.
