This document outlines the policy, terms, and necessary information related to the white-label branded mobile apps offered by EzyCourse. These apps are designed to provide a seamless experience for students accessing your platform via mobile devices.
By purchasing a branded app, you can enhance the platform's functionality and offer your audience a professional and engaging experience.
What Users Need to Know Before Buying
1. Timeline for App Branding and Publishing
Duration: The entire process of branding and publishing your app can take approximately 4–6 weeks from the day you provide all the required information. We will first share a requirements document, which you will need to complete before we begin.
App Store Review: Delays may occur due to rejections during the Google Play Store and Apple App Store review processes. While EzyCourse follows all publishing guidelines, such rejections are common and can extend the overall timeline.
2. Publishing Requirements
Developer Accounts:
Apps are published under the customer’s own Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect accounts. Creating these accounts requires fees: Google Play Console has a one-time registration fee of $25, while the Apple Developer Program costs $99 USD per year. These fees may change over time and are solely associated with Google Play Console and App Store Connect. EzyCourse will not cover these costs.
We Prefer Organizational Accounts:
For Apple App Store Connect: Individual developer accounts do not provide full permissions, even if EzyCourse is added as an Admin. In such cases, we will need the owner’s access to complete the publishing process.
For Google Play Console: Accounts created after December 1, 2023 must follow these requirements:
Run a closed test with at least 12 testers (you will need to provide these testers to us).
Testers must remain opted-in for at least 14 days.
After the 14-day closed test, the app review and publishing process will take an additional 7–10 days, which makes the overall timeline longer.
Note: You are responsible for arranging testers. EzyCourse does not provide testers for this process.
These additional requirements highlight the importance of using an organizational account to streamline the publishing process and avoid restrictions.

3. App Customization Limitations
Our app primarily represents the student dashboard, meaning it is fully synced with your website. Users will initially be able to view and access all of their enrolled content directly from the app.
Supported Customizations:
You can customize the app icons, colors, logos, and the splash screen (which is fully customizable). We recommend checking out our free EzyCourse app along with one of our branded demo apps to understand how the app works and to see the differences between the free version and a fully branded app.

Unsupported Customizations:
Raw or deep customization of the app’s core functionality is not supported by default. Any custom features will be treated as on-demand requests and will depend on feasibility.
What Users Need to Know When/During Buying
1. App Support
Dedicated Support Group:
A personal group will be created with our support team, providing 24/7 assistance for queries and issues.
Ongoing Updates and Fixes:
After publishing, EzyCourse will continue to provide app updates and fixes to ensure optimal functionality.
2. Features of the Branded Mobile App
Fully Synced with the Web Platform:
The app mirrors the functionality of the EzyCourse web platform. Products such as courses, bundle courses, communities, group chats,private chats, video/audio libraries, memberships, digital/physical products, live streaming, and meetings are all accessible in the app.
Admin Features:
Admins and teachers can preview their content in the app. (Note: Editing functionality is not available for admins within the app.)
Student Features:
Students can access all their enrolled content seamlessly.
Multilingual Support:
The branded app supports translations, allowing users to cater to a global audience.
In-App Purchases:
The app supports purchases via Google Pay and Apple Pay, enabling you to sell products directly from the app.
With in app purchases, you can add products of your choice. You can also add your free contents as well. But those contents should be published on the website first.
Sign up and deleting users from app will be enable if you add in-app-purchases.
3. Additional Considerations
Publishing Group Access:
EzyCourse will require temporary access to your developer accounts for app submission.
Customization Requests:
While core branding elements are customizable, any feature-specific changes or additional requirements will require assessment by our development team. These requests may incur extra charges, depending on the complexity and feasibility.
