Multiple Signup Checkboxes
What is it & why you need it
Previously, you could choose whether to include a checkbox on the user signup form of your website. With a checkbox, you had the benefit of getting the compliance of users for privacy policy or terms of use.
Now, you can add and customize multiple checkboxes on the signup form. Rather than one, you can add multiple checkboxes, allowing you to ensure users meet all your platform criteria before signing up.
How it works
Apart from the default checkbox, you can now add multiple signup checkboxes from your EzyCourse dashboard. You will have the option to set checkboxes as optional or mandatory.
Students signing up must consent to the checkboxes that are mandatory for signing up. On the other hand, they can skip the optional ones and can still sign up on your platform.
How to get started using it
Log in to your EzyCourse dashboard and navigate to Site Settings -> General Settings.
From there, go to the Auth Settings tab.
Scroll down to find the “add custom checkboxes at signup” section and enable it to add more checkboxes on signup form, apart from the default one. Note that the “Sign up checkbox text” section is for the default one.
Once you enable this option, you’ll get the button to add a custom checkbox. You can add multiple checkboxes.
Write the text on the box and tick mark the “is required” checkbox to make it mandatory for users to check.
Click the Save button to keep the changes.
On your website, all the checkboxes will appear including the default one if enabled.
