Update Email Address In Contact Lists
What is it & why you need it
EzyCourse lets you use forms to help collect user contacts through form submissions. Once collected, you can efficiently target them in email campaigns using tags.
You can now edit the email addresses of users who submit forms. This feature will be very helpful in situations where a user might have accidentally entered an incorrect email address. You can easily change and update the correct email address from now on.
How it works
This new edit email feature is very easy to use. As an admin, you can edit the emails of any user who might have submitted a form on your website. Note that the email field is automatically added with every form you create.
As a result, you can ensure that email campaigns reach the right inbox.
How to get started using it
To access this new feature, simply log in to the admin dashboard and go to Marketing & Contacts -> Forms & Contacts -> click the three dots on a form and select the View contacts response option.
From here, you can edit the email address of any user who responded to the form. Simply click the Edit Email button.
After clicking the button, a pop-up option will appear where you can edit the email address of the user selected. Simply update with the new email address and click the Add button.
