What is it & why you need it

Native meeting lets you go live in an instant, create personal rooms for quick meetings, hold Q&A sessions, and more.

Now, you can take live polls inside the meeting. Encourage participation, check understanding, gather instant feedback, and make every meeting more interactive.

Plus, the native live sessions will come with your brand color upholding your brand identity even inside meetings. And the overall UI has been updated in your admin dashboard and the meeting interface.

How to get started using it

Meetings are managed from Products & Services -> Meetings.

For personal rooms, you’ll now find the settings from the main interface. Settings include chat access, question asking, show/hide attendee list, force microphone mute, and screen sharing permission.

You can also copy the room invite link and enable recording for the next session.

For instant or scheduled meetings, you’ll see a separate settings tab when creating a new meeting.

Your brand color now appears throughout the meeting system including the joining interface.

With the new UI, it’s easier to spot when any participant raises their hand. As the admin, you can allow the hand raise or choose to ignore.

To create a poll during a meeting, click the Polls button from the bottom and add options. Notice the poll button showing your brand color.

You can show the poll on stage to let participants easily vote.

You can also put any question on stage, and participants can upvote. As the host, you can add answers and mark the question as answered.

Click the settings icon to access more meeting options. You can control chat access, Q&A, choose whether everyone sees the participant list, and add visual background effects and filters.
