What is it and why you need it

We've expanded premium content functionality across different coaching programs and improved the manual enrollment experience.

Previously, evergreen coaching program phases could be marked as premium only. With this update, you can now create Premium Sessions, Subsessions, Weeks, and Days in other coaching program types as well.

This allows you to monetize different parts of your coaching programs instead of gating access to the entire program. You can also create additional revenue opportunities and offer students more specific purchasing options.

Alongside this enhancement, manual enrollment has also been improved. That is, you can directly enroll students in both coaching program and premium coaching content at the same time. This makes it easier to grant access and manage enrollments from one place.

How to Get Started Using It

Log in to your EzyCourse dashboard and go to Coaching → Coaching Programs. Click the Visit button on a Week-based or Continuous coaching program.

Create a new week or edit an existing one.

Enable the Premium option to restrict access to the entire week. Select a pricing type and set the price. Once done, click the Save Changes button.

Click Yes, change pricing to confirm. Existing users who previously had free access to this Week's content will need to purchase it to regain access.

You can also make individual Days of the week as premium. Simply create or edit a week day. 

Enable the Premium option → select a pricing type and set the price. Once done, click the Save Changes button. Click Yes, change pricing on the confirmation popup.

For Session-based coaching program, click the Visit button on it.

Create or edit a Session. Enable the Premium option, select one-time or subscription pricing type, and set the price.

For Premium Subsession, follow the previous steps, as it is similar to creating a premium session.

To Manually Enroll Students in Premium Coaching Content, go to Users → Students and click the Enrollments option.

Move to the Coachings tab. From here, you can view all coaching enrollments and use filters such as Programs, Phases, and Sessions to find specific enrollments.

Now, click the Add Enrollment button → choose a Coaching Program from the dropdown list.

Once the student is enrolled in the parent program, you can now enroll them in the premium child content. Select the same program again and choose one from the premium Session, Week, or Phase. Note that the student must be enrolled in the (parent) Coaching Program before gaining access to any premium (child) content.

You can also enrol the student in a premium subsession or weekday content of a single Session or Week.

Student End

If a student does not have access to premium coaching content, they will see a Lock Card on the content.

Once the content is purchased or the student is manually enrolled, the lock card is automatically removed and access is granted.
