Student Menu: Faster Access & Better Control
We have upgraded the Student users menu in your admin dashboard to make student management more efficient, more intuitive, and far more flexible during everyday operations.
This update focuses on reducing friction while helping you manage tags, filters, actions, exports, and student access with fewer clicks and better visibility.
Improvement List
Here is the list of improvements you can now directly access from Users -> Students in your admin dashboard.
1. Manage tags directly without opening extra menus
You can now add or remove tags right from the table itself, making student organization much faster. Simply click the add (+) icon, select a tag, and easily assign to any student.
2. Filter students with more precision
Multi-tag filtering allows you to narrow down users based on multiple conditions at once, helping you target the exact audience you need.
3. More reliable CSV exports
Exports now reflect proper columns, respect active filters, and produce cleaner data for reporting or external use. It supports up to 2K contacts at a time.
4. Filters now stay exactly as you left them
Your selected filters, pagination, and table state remain intact after refresh, browser navigation, or shared links.
5. Important actions are now visible instantly
Frequently used actions like private chat, student profile info, enrollments, and magic login are now available directly inside each row, making navigation faster and efficient.
Click the More option to see all options, now structured and grouped into relevant headings.
6. Cleaner table layout for faster scanning
Student information is now structured more clearly, making it easier to review status, activity, tags, and available actions.
7. Safer bulk actions
Bulk delete now clearly warns before permanent removal.
8. Enhanced activity
The Signup method now appears on hover for additional context. Simply hover your mouse over the date on the Activity column.
