Set B2B Course Expiry Days
What is it & why you need it
Our B2B solution for courses is improving each day with enhancements in managing your B2B users, orders, seats, and more.
Now, you can define exactly how many days the members of an organization can access the courses when enrolled by the manager. This feature will encourage timely course completion, and even open opportunities for re-enrollments.
You can use expiry days to automate access control for your B2B users when they add new members, and simply improve the experience of B2B users on your platform.
How it works
As an admin, you can choose to give lifetime access or set expiry days to the B2B one-time pricing. When organization managers purchase a B2B course with expiry days set, their members will have limited access to the course.
The manager’s access to the course, seats, certificates, and other aspects will still remain active. The expiry days only apply to the members that were enrolled into the B2B course by the organization manager.
After course expiry, the members' access to the course will be removed. But, the seats will not be restored to the manager after course expiration.
How to get started using it
To set expiry days for a B2B course, log in to your EzyCourse dashboard and go to Courses -> All Courses.
Click the Edit option on any course.
You can add a new pricing or if you already have a one-time B2B pricing set then you can go to Edit from the Pricing tab.
Here, choose the course expiry to be Limited and then set the number of days after which course will expire for organization members.
With expiry days set, members after being enrolled into the course by the organization manager will see the expiry limitation on their dashboard.
After expiration, their access will be revoked and they will not be able to access any of the course content.
Even after expiration, you can still view the members from your dashboard and also see other info such as their course progress, certificates (if issued), etc. Same goes for the organization managers too.
