Sender Name & Email for Campaigns

What is it & why you need it 


Previously, when sending email campaigns, your sender details were fixed. Now, with this new update, you can easily customize both your Sender Name and Sender Email for each campaign you send. Furthermore, you can also set the reply email when starting an email campaign. Any replies to your emails will then come on the given reply email address.

This means your emails can:

Appear more personal and recognizable to your audience.

Reflect your brand identity more accurately by using different departments like marketing, CEO, etc.

Improve open rates by using a name and email your recipients trust.


No more generic “noreply” or unrelated addresses—your campaigns can now come directly from you. This small change can make a big difference in how your audience perceives and engages with your emails.



How to get started using it 


Log in to your EzyCourse dashboard and navigate to Marketing & Contacts -> Campaigns. From here, click the Start New Campaign button on the top right corner of your screen.

Here, you can set the sender name and email.

In terms of the reply email, you can set a different email address to the one being used to send the campaign.
