Assign Coaches In Your Coaching Program
What is it and why you need it
You can now add one or more coaches to any particular coaching in EzyCourse's Coaching Program.
That means you're no longer limited to a single coach managing a program. You can now build a full coaching team and run everything under one program.
As an admin you can assign the following users as coaches in a program:
• Teachers
• Site Admins
• Developers
• Affiliate Managers
• Custom Role Members (with coaching-related permissions enabled)
How to get started using it
Adding coaches to your program takes just a few steps. Login to your EzyCourse dashboard and navigate to Coaching -> Coaching Programs -> click the three dots on a program and click the Add Coach button.
On the popup, you can search and select anyone who holds one of the following roles on your site — Teacher, Site Admin, Developer, Affiliate Manager, or a Custom Role member with active coaching-related permissions. Click the Update Coaches button to finish.
[Note: 100 coaches can be added at once.]
Once added as a coach, the coaching instructor can also add new coaches to the program. They simply need to follow the same steps shown above.
[Note: You can add unlimited coaches in a coaching program.]
A coach gets permissions equivalent to admin-level access within that program. This includes the ability to manage sessions, engage with students, and manage all coaching-related actions.
