Export Student Data For All Products

What is it and why you need it

We’re excited to introduce a significant upgrade to the student data export feature in EzyCourse! Previously, you could only export data of your students enrolled in courses.

With this update, you can now export your student data for any product, including courses, events, memberships, digital/physical products, etc. Plus, with advanced filters, you can customize the export to include exactly the information you need.

How it works

As an admin, the export student data feature allows you to select any product and apply the advanced filters to refine the data by enrollment type, status, or other specific criteria.

Once you’ve configured your filters, the data is compiled into a CSV file. The best part? The CSV file now includes custom fields that you’ve added to the signup page, giving you even more detailed insights.

How to get started using it

To begin, login to your EzyCourse dashboard and go to Users -> Students, from here you can use the All Products filter to export your student data which includes all courses and products.

Let’s say you want to export data for all the students enrolled in a specific event. To do that click the All Products filter option and select the event for which you want to export the student data.

Here you can view all the students enrolled in the specific event. To export these student data simply click the “Export student data” option.

Once the export is complete, open the downloaded CSV file to view the exported data of the students who were enrolled in the event. You will find the custom fields shown right next to the signup method column.

And that’s not all, to export more in-depth and specific student data you can use another useful filter located next to the All Products filter.

From here, select any one from the dropdown option e.g. Verified. Now click the Export student data button again to export the student data into a CSV file.
